रक्त का सैंपल कैसे लिया जाता है?
रक्त का सैंपल लेने के लिए ऊपरी बांह पर एक टर्निकेट (इलास्टिक) बैंड को मजबूती से बांध दिया जाता है। रोगी से फिस्ट बनाने के लिए कहा जाता है। यह रक्त के वेन में भरने में मदद करता है और रक्त एकत्र करना आसान हो जाता है। नीडल को वेन में डालने से पहले त्वचा को साफ किया जाता है ताकि जीवाणु दाखिल न हों। नीडल फिर ऊपरी बांह के वेन में डाला जाता है और रक्त सैंपल वैकुटेनर में एकत्र किया जाता है।
