रक्त का नमूना कैसे लिया जाता है?

रक्त का नमूना लेने के लिए, ऊपरी बांह पर एक टर्निकेट (इलास्टिक) बैंड मजबूती से बांधा जाता है। रोगी से एक मुठ्ठी बनाने के लिए कहा जाता है। यह रक्त के वेन में भराव भरने में मदद करता है और रक्त एकत्र करना आसान हो जाता है। गोदाम में रक्त एकत्र करने से पहले त्वचा को साफ किया जाता है ताकि प्रवेश कर रहे जीवाणुओं को रोका जा सके। फिर सूई बांह के वेन में प्रवेश कराई जाती है और रक्त का नमूना वैक्युटेनर में एकत्र किया जाता है।
