What is the ESR test?
An ESR (erythrocyte sedimentation rate test) is a blood test that helps detect inflammation from autoimmune diseases, infection, cancer, and more.

It means that either one has inflammations or infections in the body. Consult with a doctor to know the root cause and investigate further.
A CRP test may be used to help find or monitor inflammation in acute or chronic conditions, including infections from bacteria or viruses.
All types of junk food containing unhealthy oils which increase inflammations should be avoided to control ESR levels. Instead, foods such as fruits and cooking oil such as olive oil should be used to lower ESR levels.
It can be slightly raised if you have an active illness. Consult with a doctor to find out what is causing it.
The recommended tests are ESR and CRP. They help in detecting inflammations in the body.
