Do not eat red meat, fried foods, processed meats and junk foods especially if you have high cholesterol.
If one has high triglycerides then that person is susceptible to heart diseases.
If you have risk factors for heart disease, you should not consume more than 200 milligrams of cholesterol a day. 300miligrams at the max if you are a healthy individual.
