A high hemoglobin count and red blood cell count occurs when you are living in high altitudes or you smoke. To compensate oxygen carrying capacity the body naturally increases the hemoglobin levels so that oxygen is supplied sufficiently in the body.
RBC is a type of blood cell that is made in the bone marrow and found in the blood which carries oxygen from the lungs to all parts of the body. Haemoglobin is found only in red blood cells and the count is about 25 million per cell.
