Question

My wife has shortness of breath from last 4 days with nausea, vomiting, constipation, head ache, nervousness, anxiety. All her vitals are good, including SpO2 (98%) and blood report. She is breast feeding mother of 2 month child. We have referred both medicine and gastro doctors and they are telling Anxiety issue. Is it something else or COVID. Please tell..
