Hi Doctor. I am a 41 year old male. My abdominal ultrasound report shows that the liver is average in size, measuring about 16.1 cm in the right midclavicular line with a smooth outline. It has normal homogeneous echogenicity with smooth echotexture. There is an ill defined heterogeneous lesion in segment IVb V measuring about 1.7 by 2.4 cm with minimal surrounding vascularity.
