No.Abnormal levels of white blood cells and abnormally low red blood cell or platelet counts can indicate leukemia.

MPN stands for myeloproliferative neoplasms. MPN is diagnosed by examining samples of your blood and bone marrow. Sometimes the diagnosis of MPN is only made when other causes of altered blood count have been excluded.
