Hi doctor, I have been experiencing knee joint pain for the past six months. I feel pain mainly while running and climbing stairs. Initially, the pain was more severe, but it has now reduced, although there is still some discomfort. I consulted an orthopaedic specialist earlier and had an X ray done, which came back normal. He prescribed some pain relief medication, which helped reduce the pain. The issue started after I followed a strict healthy diet for two months. My recent blood report is also normal. Please suggest what I should do next.

I sometimes feel fatigue and sudden dizziness but otherwise I am eating well, sleeping, and working normally. Please suggest some multivitamins that I can take. Thank you.
