Due to thyroid inflammation or thyroid disease there could be a possibility of high TSH levels but normal T3 and T4.
Most labs say that a normal serum TSH level is somewhere between 0.4 to 4.0 mIU/L, and that a TSH level of 10 mIU/L or higher is indicative of hypothyroidism.
Then you must show to a doctor preferably an endocrinologist immediately.
TSH normal values are 0.5 to 5.0 mIU/L
