My wife has been experiencing shortness of breath for the last four days along with nausea, vomiting, constipation, headache, nervousness, and anxiety. All her vital signs are within normal range including an oxygen saturation of 98 percent and her blood report is also normal. She is a breastfeeding mother of a two month old child. We are concerned whether this could be something else or possibly COVID. Please guide.
