I am 30 years old. For the last couple of days have a sinking feeling in my heart. Like a jump/sinking feeling in the middle of my chest. It has no pattern and no time- can happen any time of the day and for as long. Please advice.

stess,alcohol and lack of sleep ,exercisecould be acute causes of jump in the heart rate ,rythm. Few investigations like ECG ,cardiac markers and echo if symptoms persist for more than 3 weeks is advised
